  1. We offer a four-race series.
  • 150 MILE
  • 200 MILE
  • 250 MILE
  • 350 MILE
  1. Accepting birds and replacement birds from February 1st through June 30th.
  2. All birds must be banded with a 2025 seamless band recognized by a National Organization (AU, IF, CU… ect).
  3. Birds must be vaccinated for PMV 14 days prior to shipping.
  4. Perch fee is $100 per bird no backups.
  5. No perch fees will be refunded after birds have been received by Champions United One Loft Race.
  6. All perch fees must accompany birds upon arrival or prepaid.
  7. If perch fees are not received with the birds, we will assign these birds to Pending Perch Fees if perch fees are not received within 7 days, these birds will be available for sale.
  8. The activation fee is $350 per bird, due within 10 days after the 100 mile activation race.
  9. Every breeder is responsible to activate ALL BIRDS. All birds on their team must be activated. It’s an “All or Nothing” activation.
  10. Champions United is not responsible for processing fees for the use of PayPal or Credit Card. The use of PayPal and Credit cards are a convenience set up by Champions United One Loft Race for those that choose to use them. Processing fees are Non-Refundable.
  11. 15% will be held for race expenses.
  12. The final race will be paid by first drop then clocking order. Prizes will be awarded by clocking order for all other races.
  13. In the event if there is a clocking error due to a missed bird or chip malfunction the race director has full discretion as to what position the bird should be.
  14. Any bird not paid will become the property of Champions United One Loft Race. Failure to pay the “Activation Fee” will result in the sale of unpaid birds. Any bird sold for the activation fee will then become property of the buyer, and breeder relinquishes all rights to the bird and any prize or auction money.
  15. The breeder retains ownership of all activated birds.
  16. Activation fees will be refunded if the bird does not make it to the 150 mile race.
  17. The final race will remain open for 48 hours if no bird is home by the end of this period, all prize funds will be divided equally among all birds sent to that particular race and refunded minus the 15%.
  18. Birds will be returned upon request. Arrangements must be made within 10 days after the last race. Breeder pays post office shipping fees. Non-returned birds become the property of Champions United One Loft Race.
  19. Champions United One Loft race is not responsible for delayed/lost shipping within USPS system and will not file for refund of shipping if not delivered on time.
  20. Please refer to our Return Birds form to have your bird/birds shipped back to you.
  21. Race participants must be 21 years or older to enter the race and are responsible for all applicable taxes.
  22. A tax identification number recognized by the IRS (W-9 form) will be required prior to awarding any prizes valued at $600 or more, and such awards will be reported as required by IRS regulations.
  23. All prize money must be claimed within 30 days of the final race.
  24. Race dates are subject to change due to weather conditions and the condition of the birds.
  25. Final prizes will be adjusted according to the final activated birds.
  26. The loft manager reserves the right to make all final decisions.
  27. No pooling or gambling of any type before or during the races, all participants are competing for the capital prize only.
  28. Champions United One Loft Race will not hold checks for payments for perch fees or activation fees. Any check returned NSF will be charged a $35 NSF fee.
  29. When signing up for a team or syndicate, one person must be designated as contact person.
  30. Champions United One Loft Race is not responsible for any lost bird/s from injury, illness, loft fly or failure to return from training tosses or races. All the birds will be treated equally. We will not be held responsible for lost birds under any circumstance, including but not limited to shipping issues, government interference, illness, natural disaster, or theft.
  31. No alcohol permitted on the premises.
  32. Champions United has the right to refuse service to any breeder or attendee at their discretion, Champions United reserves the right to make any and all decisions.
